As a Pilates professional, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle and better movement for daily life. It is my firm belief that embracing this individuality is the key to achieving a healthier lifestyle and better movement for daily life.

 

I understand that one size does not fit all. That's why the Studio's approach is to create a personalised plan tailored to your unique health, schedule, and fitness goals. Our goal is to help you mindfully transform your body, enhancing your overall movement and quality of life. We bring together the best of both Contemporary and Classical Pilates, covering both Mat and Pilates Apparatus, to offer you a holistic and balanced Pilates experience.

With a  BSc Honours in Sport and Exercise Science and a PGCE in education, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to support you in achieving your Pilates and wellbeing aspirations.

I have been in the fitness industry for 20+ years and have been teaching and continually advancing my knowledge and practice in Pilates since 2010. I am a STOTT PILATES® certified instructor, Pre/post natal Instructor, fitness professional, Teacher, Sports and ScarWork Therapist who has taught and treated both in the UK and The Netherlands. 

 

Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise in working with clients seeking Pilates for injuries, individuals managing specific health or physical conditions, and those striving to enhance their athletic performance through targeted conditioning.
