With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, a BSc Honours in Sport and Exercise Science, and a PGCE in education, I bring a wealth of expertise to support your Pilates and wellness journey. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients in both the UK and The Netherlands, helping individuals recover from injuries, manage specific health conditions, and optimise athletic performance through targeted conditioning.
