HIX Pilates & Wellness offers private Pilates and semi private group sessions using the Mat, Reformer, Tower and Stability Chair.
We offer BOTH Contemporary and Classical Pilates methods covering both Mat and Pilates Apparatus, bringing you the best of both worlds to your practice.
We believe in preparing the body to perform movements of any kind at any time and combine resistance, bodyweight and cardio to take your training to the next level.
Everyone who attends HIX Pilates & Wellness is special to us and we ensure each client gets individualised attention and corrections as well as an enjoyable, fun and challenging session!

As a Pilates professional, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle and better movement for daily life.
My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and fitness goals. I aim to help you mindfully transform your body to improve movement and quality of life.
I have been in the fitness industry for 20+ years and have been teaching and continually advancing my knowledge and practice in Pilates since 2010.
I am a STOTT PILATES® certified instructor, Pre/post natal Instructor, fitness professional, Teacher, Sports and ScarWork Therapist who has taught and treated both in the UK and The Netherlands.
I am trained in both Contemporary and Classical Pilates covering both Mat and Pilates Apparatus, bringing you the best of both worlds to your practice.
I have since spent my career working with clients looking for specialist Pilates for injuries, health/physical conditions as well as Pilates for specific sports and athletic conditioning.
