Founder • Teacher • Pilates Movement Specialist

At the heart of HIX Pilates & Wellness is Natalie - I am an experienced, highly trained Pilates teacher dedicated to helping every client move with strength, confidence, and clarity. With over 16 years of Pilates teaching experience and more than 20+ years immersed in movement and wellness, I bring a rare depth of knowledge to every session.

​

A Bespoke, Expert Approach to Pilates

I believe that every BODY is unique - with its own strengths, challenges, history, and untapped potential. My teaching begins with truly understanding you:
your posture, your habits, your goals, and the way your body responds to movement.

Each session is thoughtfully tailored to support what you need most, whether your focus is:

  • injury recovery

  • improving mobility

  • building strength and stability

  • managing a condition

  • refining athletic performance

  • or simply learning how to move better

This is Pilates that meets you where you are and guides you forward with clarity and purpose.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Science and a PGCE in Education, allowing me to unite scientific understanding with skilful, compassionate teaching.

My teaching integrates both Classical and Contemporary Pilates, using the full system as Joseph Pilates intended:

  • Reformer

  • Cadillac / Tower

  • Wunda Chair

  • Arm Chair

  • Barrels

  • Mat & small apparatus

 

This comprehensive approach ensures a balanced, intelligent practice that develops the whole body, not just isolated muscles or short-term strength.
