Terms & Conditions

STUDIO/SESSION INFORMATION

​

  • Please arrive no more than 5 mins before the class starts.

  • Please note we have a 24 hour cancellation window for private sessions. 

  • Please note if you are unwell with cold/flu like symptoms please stay at home.

  • Please allow 24 hours following any sickness before attending a class.

  • Please wear socks for hygiene purposes and we have a no shoe policy. Socks are available for purchase if you need to purchase a pair on the day.

  • Please turn all mobiles on to silent.

  • Whether you are new to Pilates, or a seasoned practitioner, you are entering a new space. Have a beginner’s mind. Listen to your teacher and follow their instructions. If you do not understand, or something doesn’t feel right or comfortable let your teacher know and stay in your comfort zone.

  • Please let your teacher know if you have an injury, illness or are pregnant.

  • HIX Pilates & Wellness Ltd Instructors do not accept liability for any injuries sustained through the session. While we take every care to ensure safe practice, there are inherent risks in any exercise programme and accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury or illness.

  • HIX Pilates & Wellness Ltd Instructors do not accept any liability for lost property.

 

 

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY​

Pick your type of booking to see terms and conditions:

 

 

PRIVATE SESSIONS

 

  • Payment is made either in blocks on booking or 48 hours before each scheduled session (Purchases are valid for 3 months so any rearranged sessions must be completed within this period).

  • If payment is not made on time the session will be cancelled.

  • There is a 24 hour cancellation period; if you cancel the scheduled session with less than 24 hours notice the session fee is non refundable, if more than 24 hours you can rearrange the session to another date/time.

  • If the instructor has to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances you will receive a credit towards future sessions.

 

 

TIMETABLED GROUP SESSIONS

 

  • Payment is made by the last day of each month for all sessions within that month.

  • Once booked sessions can not be cancelled.

  • Sessions are non refundable or transferable (Please contact us by email prior to booking if you know in advance you are unable to attend any particular sessions).

  • If the instructor has to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances you will receive a credit towards future sessions.

  • Waitlists are available for all sessions. Join waitlist

 

 

 

PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS

 

  • Once sessions are scheduled payment is to be made by the last day of each month for all sessions within that month (not per session).

  • All participants must attend, if an individual is unable to attend the scheduled session the session fee is non refundable this way the session can continue for the remaining group members. 

  • If AS A GROUP you wish to change your session date a minimum of 24 hours notice is needed otherwise session fees are both nonrefundable and transferable for all participants.

  • If the instructor has to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances you will receive a credit towards future sessions.

 

 

 

DROP IN GROUP SESSIONS

 

  • Payment is made on booking

  • Once confirmed sessions are non refundable or transferable.

  • If the instructor has to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances you will receive a credit towards future sessions.
