BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

STUDIO/SESSION INFORMATION

  • Please arrive no more than 5 mins before the class starts.

  • Please note we have a 24 hour cancellation window for private sessions. 

  • Please note if you are unwell with cold/flu like symptoms please stay at home.

  • Please allow 24 hours following any sickness before attending a class.

  • Please wear socks for hygiene purposes and we have a no shoe policy.

  • Please turn all mobiles on to silent.

  • Whether you are new to Pilates, or a seasoned practitioner, you are entering a new space. Have a beginner’s mind. Listen to your teacher and follow their instructions. If you do not understand, or something doesn’t feel right or comfortable let your teacher know and stay in your comfort zone.

  • Please let your teacher know if you have an injury, illness or are pregnant.

  • HIX Pilates & Wellness Ltd Instructors do not accept liability for any injuries sustained through the class. While we take every care to ensure safe practice, there are inherent risks in any exercise programme and accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury or illness.

  • HIX Pilates & Wellness Ltd Instructors do not accept any liability for lost property.

 

 

BOOKING POLICY

Group sessions

  • Group sessions are paid for in blocks of 4 or 5 and are currently not transferable.

  • Waitlists are available for all sessions. Join waitlist

Block Booking - Private Sessions

 

  • If you wish to SECURE a particular time/day each week you can now purchase a block of sessions for the month (thus avoiding multiple single payments throughout the month). Please ensure payment is made 48 hours before the first session (unless previously agreed).

Pay as you go - Private sessions

 

  • 'Pay as you go’  Private sessions will now require payment 48 hours before the session (unless previously agreed). Time and date can only be confirmed at time of booking and are available for single sessions only, for booking multiple sessions please block book (see previous section).

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Cancellations/Refunds - HIX Pilates & Wellness Ltd (Private & Semi Private sessions)

  • If the instructor has to cancel the class due to unforeseen circumstances you will be fully refunded for the cancelled class. You will also be sent a text message and email informing you the class has been cancelled. So always check your messages before you leave home on the day of your class.​

  • In the event of cancellation you will recieve a credit towards future purchases.

Cancellations/Refunds - Private sessions

 

  • If you are unable to attend your booked Private sessions please cancel within 24 hours in person, by text (WhatsApp) or email the session can be then be deferred to a different day/time (space dependant). Unfortunately any cancellations made out of this time frame will be charged as a Late Cancellation (the full fee).

  • Purchases are valid for 3 months so any rearranged sessions must be completed within this period.

Cancellations/Refunds - Group sessions/Classes

 

  • Please note all timetabled classes and group sessions are non-refundable or transferable. Please contact us by email prior to booking if you are unable to attend any particular sessions.
