Introduction Reformer Courses
Our 3 week Pilates courses are a great way to start, refresh and develop your Pilates journey.
If you are looking to join our Reformer group classes then the 3 week intro course is a great place to start.
During the sessions you will learn:
- how to safely set up, alter and use the equipment
- core Reformer exercises with teaching points specifically for you and your body helping you transition into group classes.
Places are limited to 3 per course - £70pp
3 x THURSDAYS - 11th, 18th & 25th MAY
SESSION 1 - 6:30PM - 7:20PM
SESSION 2 - 7:30PM - 8:20PM
