If you are new to HIX Pilates & Wellness please ensure you have completed one of our induction courses, weekend workshops or have had a Private lesson prior to attending REFORMER classes, this is to ensure safety as well as helping you to become familiar with the Reformer and some of the exercises before attending a class.
