PRE & POST NATAL MAT
Bump+

Suitable for all trimesters and Post natal.
Experience the benefits of Pilates and Barre to support you throughout both pregnancy and post natal.
Pilates prepare you for a positive birth experience, build up your strength for life as a mum and promote a smooth postnatal recovery.
Classes focus on gentle release to alleviate tension, restorative movement and strengthening exercises. You’ll learn to connect with your breath, pelvic floor and deep abdominals and with the added extra of Barre you will experience a safe, low impact form of exercise perfect for new Mums and Mums to be. Classes bring you together to move your bodies and to realign both physically and mentally in a safe, fun and caring environment.
A 60 min class to stretch, strengthen and mobilise when you need it most.
Ideal for Mums and Mums to be including those with pregnancy related concerns such as:
- Diastasis Recti
- Prolapse
Classes are held BOTH Online and in person.
