Fitness on Yoga Mat

I have just finished a block of Prenatal Pilates classes with Natalie. 
 
She's been a great teacher, very supportive and takes the time to get to know every one in the classes needs. 
 
It's made me feel stronger and more healthy during my pregnancy and I would definately reccomend her. 
 
I'm looking forward to coming back for some Postnatal Pilates in the new year!
