Classes focus on gentle release to alleviate tension, restorative movement and strengthening exercises. You’ll learn to connect with your breath, pelvic floor and deep abdominals and with the added extra of Barre you will experience a safe, low impact form of exercise perfect for new Mums and Mums to be. Classes bring you together to move your bodies and to realign both physically and mentally in a safe, fun and caring environment.
A 60 min class to stretch, strengthen and mobilise when you need it most.
